TECHFORS S is the simple starting point for in-situ sterilizable bioreactors. Often, this means a major step ahead in infrastructure, user knowledge and complexity. The design of TECHFORS S allows its operation in most standard laboratories, even to the point of the 5 l system being supplied as a bench-mounted system if required. Steam can be supplied from a house source or a steam generator can be integrated into the base support. Both bacterial and cell culture versions are available and the systems are supplied as packages to make the selection of a working system as easy as possible. Options such as a crane system for removing the top plate of the 30 l system make handling safe and trouble-free. Sterilization is essentially automatic and can be easily configured to meet individual needs. Touch screen controller with intuitive operation makes tasks such as calibration, cascade configuration and general set up so simple that the need for an operating manual is a thing of the past. Some parameters are pre-defined but ample expansion capacity exists for additional sensors and pumps etc.
