In addition to giving more precise control of digestion parameters, the Controller enables the Digestion System, including the Lift and Scrubber Unit or Flow Regulator, to operate automatically without human supervision. Saving labor and increasing capacity.

It is possible to start a digestion at a pre-determined time by programming in a standby period as the first step before the Digestor starts to heat up. 

When the desired start temperature is reached, the Scrubber or the water flow starts and the Lift moves the tube rack down into the Digestor. After a preset period of maximum airflow through the Exhaust, the Controller gives the signal to reduce the flow.

When all steps are completed the Lift goes to the cooling position. Fume removal continues for an appropriate, programmable time. Thereafter the water flow or the Scrubber stops. According to application the Digestor either continues at an elevated temperature to give a quick start for next batch, or is automatically switched off.
