The
FiberCap system is specifically designed to provide a low cost, high
capacity solution for fiber determination in accordance with the Weende, van
Soest and other recognized methods. Batch handling, with no sample transfer,
is used throughout the procedure. De-fatting, boiling, rinsing and
filtration are performed under reproducible and controlled conditions.
The
modular
FiberCap 2021
system is suitable for all laboratories, small to large. One operator can
easily analyze up to 6 batches simultaneously giving 36 finished extractions
in 1.5 hours. The low investment cost also makes it preferable over manual
standard methods based on filtration and sample transfer procedures,
offering substantial savings.
The
Fibercap 2023
system offers even higher capacity, with an 18-position system. One operator
can easily handle from one up to four system giving a throughput of 72
samples simultaneously in 1.5 hours. This system is ideal for customers with
the demand for high throughput of crude and detergent fibre analyses.
